At Heart2Heart we utilize the modality of Reflexology. This is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet, hands, face, and ears that correspond to all of the organs, glands, skeletal and muscular system, endocrine, and nervous systems in the body. Reflexology uses the thumb and fingers to apply pressure to these reflex areas as well as relaxation techniques. For ear reflexology (auriculotherapy). the fingers, as well as very small probes are used to access points. Essential oils are also used to to provide more concentrated healing and to bring about positive change. This is an exceptional modality for every group. It is is especially amendable in the corporate/office environment for employees to re-energize their day! (15 - 20 minute sessions)

We also bring you the healing powers of Reiki. This form of healing has it's origin in Tibet."Rei" refers to universal cosmic energy. "Ki" is the life force which flows through all living things. REIKI is an art & science using universal life force energy to promote balance, wholeness, healing & consciousness. It releases stress & tension of modern life. It supports the immune system. It replenishes , harmonizes energy. It is especially helpful with chronic conditions. It is centered on positive emotion. The hands are placed on specific areas of the body with very very light touch to no touch(working with the energy field surrounding the body).
Massage Therapy is now available . This therapy relaxes, & restores by calming the mind, promoting emotional balance & a sense of well-being. It tones & relaxes the body & facial muscles which makes for a more youthful appearance. Massage allows a feeling of being nurtured, acts as a "mechanical cleanser" stimulating the lymph & hastening the elimination of metabolic by-products. Swedish, Myotherapy & Deep Tissue are offered. Also offered is cupping, gua sha and moxibustion treatments to augment your massages. AVAILABLE FOR CORPORATE CHAIR MASSAGES AS WELL
